Founded by a Year 13 student from Auckland Grammar School, The AI Toolkit was born out of a passion for innovation and a desire to help students use AI responsibly in their studies. With the rise of AI tools in education, it became clear that many students were using AI in ways that crossed ethical lines — simply copying answers without understanding the content or bypassing real learning.

I wanted to change that.

As a high-achieving student who balances academics with entrepreneurial projects, I saw the need for a practical solution: resources that teach students how to use AI as a learning tool, not a shortcut. My guidebooks are designed to help students from NCEA Level 1 to Level 3 harness AI for research, writing, study strategies, and critical thinking, while still doing the work themselves.
